The questions/answers should all be updated. Please note, I have not edited the questions/answers to incorporate the data that came out of ASCO 2018.

I am waiting to see if things get FDA approved and/or adopted by the NCCN guidelines first prior to editing certain questions. As an example, I have a question that Pembrolizumab is approved as frontline monotherapy for Metastatic lung cancer if the PD-L1 is >/=50%. Data now suggests that if the PD-L1 is >/= 1% that Pembrolizumab (as monotherapy) is more effective than chemotherapy as frontline therapy. If/when this gets adopted as standard practice, I will edit this particular question (and with others as new data emerges).
